GHK-Cu Calculator

Unit conversion for a reconstituted vial: mg → mcg/mL → mL → U-100 syringe units. Nothing is pre-filled or recommended.

Regulatory status

Injectable GHK-Cu is not approved by the FDA for any human use, and there is no FDA-approved dose. Products sold as "research peptides" are not FDA-approved drugs. FDA has stated: "Compounded injectable drugs containing GHK-Cu may pose risk for immunogenicity due to the potential for aggregation and peptide-related impurities."

This table is pure arithmetic (concentration per volume), not a dosing chart. Arithmetic example only (not a dose): 50 mg in 2 mL = 25,000 mcg/mL, so one U-100 unit holds 250 mcg.

How the math works

  1. Vial amount in mcg = mg × 1,000.
  2. Concentration (mcg/mL) = vial mcg ÷ diluent mL.
  3. Volume (mL) = amount entered ÷ concentration.
  4. U-100 units = mL × 100.

FAQ

Does this page give a GHK-Cu dosage or dosage chart?

No. This page is a calculation tool only. It converts the vial amount, diluent volume and amount you enter into concentration and U-100 syringe units. It does not suggest any dose, schedule or protocol for GHK-Cu.

Is GHK-Cu FDA-approved?

Injectable GHK-Cu is not approved by the FDA for any human use, and there is no FDA-approved dose. Products sold as "research peptides" are not FDA-approved drugs. FDA has stated: "Compounded injectable drugs containing GHK-Cu may pose risk for immunogenicity due to the potential for aggregation and peptide-related impurities."

How is the math done?

Vial mg × 1,000 = mcg. mcg ÷ diluent mL = mcg/mL. Entered amount ÷ mcg/mL = mL. mL × 100 = U-100 units.
