MOTS-c Calculator
Unit conversion for a reconstituted vial: mg → mcg/mL → mL → U-100 syringe units. Nothing is pre-filled or recommended.
Regulatory status
MOTS-c is not approved by the FDA for any human use, and there is no FDA-approved dose. Products sold as "research peptides" are not FDA-approved drugs.
Calculator
How the math works
- Vial amount in mcg = mg × 1,000.
- Concentration (mcg/mL) = vial mcg ÷ diluent mL.
- Volume (mL) = amount entered ÷ concentration.
- U-100 units = mL × 100.
Arithmetic example only (not a dose): 10 mg in 2 mL = 5,000 mcg/mL, so one U-100 unit holds 50 mcg.
Vial size × diluent: mcg per syringe unit
| Vial | +1 mL | +2 mL | +3 mL |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 mg | 50 mcg/unit | 25 mcg/unit | 16.7 mcg/unit |
| 10 mg | 100 mcg/unit | 50 mcg/unit | 33.3 mcg/unit |
| 40 mg | 400 mcg/unit | 200 mcg/unit | 133.3 mcg/unit |
This table is pure arithmetic (concentration per unit), not a dosing chart. See also the reconstitution calculator and mcg to units chart.

FAQ
Is MOTS-c FDA-approved?
No. MOTS-c is not an FDA-approved drug for any use, and there is no FDA-approved dose.
Does this page give a MOTS-c dosage or dosage chart?
No. This page is a calculation tool only. It converts the vial amount, diluent volume and amount you enter into concentration and U-100 syringe units. It does not suggest any dose, schedule or protocol.
How is the math done?
Vial mg × 1,000 = mcg. mcg ÷ diluent mL = mcg/mL. Entered amount ÷ mcg/mL = mL. mL × 100 = U-100 units.
