KLOW Blend Calculator

A four-compound vial means every draw contains all four in a fixed ratio. Enter the amounts exactly as printed on your vial — nothing is pre-filled, because blends differ between vials.

Regulatory status — read this first

None of the four components is approved by the FDA, and KLOW is not an approved product. FDA lists each of them among bulk drug substances that may present significant safety risks in compounding. FDA's wording, verbatim:

ComponentFDA statement (excerpt)
BPC-157"Compounded drugs containing BPC-157 may pose risk for immunogenicity for certain routes of administration and may have complexities with regard to peptide-related impurities and active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) characterization."
TB-500 (thymosin beta-4 fragment)"Compounded drugs containing thymosin Beta-4, Fragment (LKKTETQ) may pose risk for immunogenicity for certain routes of administration due to the potential for aggregation as well as peptide-related impurities."
GHK-Cu"Compounded injectable drugs containing GHK-Cu may pose risk for immunogenicity due to the potential for aggregation and peptide-related impurities."
KPV"FDA has not identified any human exposure data on drug products containing KPV administered via any route of administration."

How blend math works

Each compound's concentration = its vial amount ÷ the shared diluent volume. The draw volume is set by one compound; the others come along in the same ratio, so you cannot change one without changing all four.

Arithmetic example only: a vial labeled 10 mg / 10 mg / 50 mg / 10 mg with 3 mL diluent, where BPC-157 sets the draw at 500 mcg → BPC-157 is 3,333.3 mcg/mL → 0.15 mL = 15 units, containing 500 mcg TB-500, 2,500 mcg GHK-Cu and 500 mcg KPV. (Illustrative numbers, not a recommendation.)

FAQ

What is KLOW?

KLOW is a name used online for a vial containing four peptides — BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV — in one blend. It is not an FDA-approved product, and the amounts vary by vial, so always use the numbers printed on your own label.

How do I calculate syringe units for a KLOW blend?

Because all four compounds share one diluent volume, choose which compound sets the draw size; the calculator then shows the volume, U-100 units, and how much of each of the other three is in that same draw.

Does this page recommend a KLOW dose?

No. It performs unit conversion only. None of the four components is FDA-approved, and FDA lists all four among bulk drug substances that may present significant safety risks in compounding.
